Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and visitors warmly
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer calls and attend to guest inquiries
- Manage bookings and reservations
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Smart appearance and professional conduct
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage
