We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to take charge of a kitchen section and deliver world-class dishes that exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
▫️Lead and manage the daily operations of your assigned kitchen station to ensure flawless service.
▫️Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency and finesse to fine-dining standards.
▫️Maintain mise en place and oversee prep work for smooth kitchen flow.
▫️Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
▫️Collaborate closely with senior chefs and contribute fresh ideas for menu development and innovation.
Requirements
▫️Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine-dining or luxury hotel kitchen.
▫️Strong technical expertise in a designated station (grill, sauce, pastry, garnish, etc.).
▫️Culinary certification or professional training is an advantage.
▫️Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent time management and organizational skills.
▫️A detail-oriented, passionate team player committed to culinary excellence.

SALARY: 100k - 150k
