We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead our pastry kitchen and deliver world-class desserts and baked goods. The successful candidate will combine technical mastery with innovation, ensuring every creation reflects our hotel’s standard of excellence while providing unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
▫️ Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, breads, and desserts with consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
▫️ Develop seasonal, signature, and specialty dessert menus that balance creativity, guest preferences, and luxury standards.
▫️ Train, mentor, and supervise pastry staff while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.
▫️ Manage inventory, monitor costs, and ensure efficient use of ingredients to meet profitability targets.
▫️ Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food handling, and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
▫️Culinary degree/certification in pastry arts (advanced training is an advantage).
▫️Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-volume environment.
▫️Strong expertise in classic and contemporary pastry techniques, including chocolate work and sugar artistry.
▫️Proven creativity in dessert design with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
▫️Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
SALARY: 100k - 200k
