The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing market share, managing client relationships, and executing high-impact campaigns to drive bookings and brand visibility.

🔸 Drive sales growth and maximize hotel revenue across rooms, events, and F&B.

🔸 Lead, coach, and motivate the sales & marketing team.

🔸 Manage digital presence and campaigns across social media and online platforms.

🔸 Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.

🔸 Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher ROI.

 Requirements 

🔸 Skilled in digital marketing tools (social media, Google, WhatsApp Business).

🔸 Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

🔸 Creative, proactive, and result-driven under pressure.

🔸 Proficient in CRM, Canva, Excel, and email marketing platforms.

🔸 Experience in hospitality sales/marketing is a plus.

 SALARY: 200k - 250k plus Commission
