The Hotel Manager will lead the turnaround and growth of a boutique hotel by improving operations, financial performance, and guest experience. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can boost revenue, streamline operations, and foster a guest-focused culture while building strong community ties.


 Key Responsibilities 


▫️ Boost Revenue & Occupancy – Develop strategies to increase bookings, ADR, and RevPAR through marketing, partnerships, and operational improvements.


▫️ Oversee Daily Operations – Manage front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and quality service.


▫️ Financial Management – Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze reports to maximize profitability.


▫️ Guest Experience Leadership – Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional personalized service.


▫️ Team Leadership & Culture – Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain SOPs, deliver results, and create a positive workplace.


 Key Requirements 


▫️ Experience – 3+ years in hotel management, preferably in boutique/independent properties.


▫️Bachelor’s in hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).


▫️Track record in improving revenue, operations, and guest satisfaction.


▫️Strong financial, analytical, marketing, and leadership abilities.


▫️Strategic yet hands-on, guest-centric, adaptable, and community-oriented.


 LOCATION Presidential Road, Enugu State.


 SALARY: 150k - 250k plus commission
