Key Responsibilities
🔹Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the company’s client base.
🔹Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales and market share.
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and partners.
🔹Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
🔹Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular reports for management.
Qualification & Requirements
🔹OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
🔹Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
🔹Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🔹Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
🔹Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and deliver on deadlines.
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly.
