Key Responsibilities

🔹Supervise and oversee masonry, construction, and structural works on assigned projects.

🔹Interpret architectural and structural drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.

🔹Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to meet building standards and client specifications.

🔹Work closely with site workers, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

🔹Prepare progress reports and update management on site activities and challenges.

 Qualification & Requirements 

🔹OND/HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.

🔹Proven experience in masonry/construction supervision.

🔹Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

🔹Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.

🔹Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

 Salary: Contract-based (payment per project/negotiated terms).

 Location: Project Sites within Enugu State.
