Key Responsibilities
🔹Identify, engage, and follow up with prospective clients interested in buying or renting properties.
🔹Promote and market available properties through networking, online platforms, and property inspections.
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional guidance throughout the sales/rental process.
🔹Negotiate deals effectively to achieve sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
🔹Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback for management.
Qualification & Requirements
🔹Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, Estate Management, or related field.
🔹Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage).
🔹Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
🔹Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
🔹Smart, confident, and well-presented with good knowledge of Enugu’s real estate market.
Salary: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 monthly plus attractive commission (10% on land sales, 2–5% on house sales).
