Key Responsibilities 

🔹Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression.


🔹Manage appointments, bookings, and client records efficiently.


🔹Handle incoming calls, messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.


🔹Support daily spa operations, including payments, filing, and front-desk organization.


🔹Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming reception area.


 Key Requirements 


🔹Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role is an advantage.


🔹Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


🔹Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.).


🔹Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
