Key Responsibilities
🔹Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
🔹Capture and edit photos and videos showcasing the hotel’s services, ambiance, and guest experiences
🔹Engage with followers, respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
🔹Collaborate with the hotel team to promote offers, events, and seasonal packages
🔹Monitor social media trends and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant
🔹Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports on engagement and growth
Key Requirements
🔹OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
🔹Minimum of 2 years proven experience managing business social media pages
🔹Strong content creation skills (photo, video, captions)
🔹Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
🔹Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
🔹Creative mindset and good knowledge of online trends in the hospitality industry
SALARY: Negotiated based on experience
