Key Responsibilities


🔹Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding

🔹Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information

🔹Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures

🔹Support staff welfare, training, and performance appraisal activities

🔹Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner

🔹Prepare HR reports and assist in payroll and attendance management


Key Requirements


🔹HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

🔹Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role (hospitality experience is an added advantage)

🔹Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

🔹Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

🔹Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management tools

🔹Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality


SALARY: Negotiable based on experience 

LOCATION: Presidential Road, Enugu State.
