The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to hotel guests. The role involves taking orders, serving meals and drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

  • Serve meals, drinks, and desserts promptly and efficiently.

  • Check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and respond to any requests.

  • Set up tables and dining areas before service and clean up afterward.

  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.

  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Assist in banquet setups, room service, or special hotel events as required.

  • Uphold the hotel’s customer service standards and create a pleasant dining experience.


Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.


  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Neat and well-groomed appearance.

    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tables.

    • Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

    • Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments.

    • Positive attitude, energy, and professionalism.


      SALARY: Negotiable based on experience
