We are seeking a Bank Teller who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, responsible for processing financial transactions efficiently and accurately. The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with banking transactions.
• 
  
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• 
  
• Handle cash, cheques, and other financial instruments accurately.
• 
  
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
• 
  
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
• 
  
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• 
  
• Resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
• 
  
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities.

Requirements: 

Education: Minimum of OND/HND/NCE/B.Sc in any related fields.

Experience: Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service is an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and other banking software).
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Location: Abakiliki Road, Ogui, Enugu.

Salary: ₦70,000 - ₦100,000.
