The Weekend Casual Staff assists with hotel operations during weekends or peak periods. The role supports various departments—such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or event services—to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Support hotel departments such as housekeeping, restaurant, bar, or reception as assigned.

Assist in setting up and cleaning guest rooms, dining areas, or event spaces.

Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.

Serve food and beverages during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events.

Handle guest requests promptly and report any issues to supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.

Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.

Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or duty managers.
Requirements:

Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
