The Weekend Casual Staff assists with hotel operations during weekends or peak periods. The role supports various departments—such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or event services—to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hotel departments such as housekeeping, restaurant, bar, or reception as assigned.

  • Assist in setting up and cleaning guest rooms, dining areas, or event spaces.

  • Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.

  • Serve food and beverages during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events.

  • Handle guest requests promptly and report any issues to supervisors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.

  • Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or duty managers.


Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.

    • Ability to work flexible weekend hours.

    • Team player with good communication skills.

    • Willingness to learn and take direction.

    • Neat appearance and punctuality are essential.
