We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to deliver packages, documents, and other items to customers efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have excellent road knowledge, strong time management skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and other items to designated locations promptly.

• Ensure proper handling and safety of items during transit.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain recipients’ signatures where required.

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure it remains in good working condition.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.

• Valid motorcycle rider’s license.

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.

• Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual.
