Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and attend to visitors in a professional manner

2. Manage calls, emails, and official correspondence

3. Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)

4. Handle office records and documentation efficiently



Requirements:

1. Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Strong organizational and time management skills



Salary:

₦80,000 Monthly
