A luxury hotel is hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and help us maintain world-class service standards.

 Key Responsibilities 

▫️Drive HR strategies that align with business goals and brand values.

▫️Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

▫️Oversee employee training, development, and leadership pipelines.

▫️Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee relations.

▫️Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and performance standards.

 Requirements 

▫️Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality (master’s is a plus).

▫️Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in luxury hospitality or related industries.

▫️Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

▫️Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

▫️High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire diverse teams.

LOCATION: Independence Layout, Enugu State.

SALARY: 200k - 250k (monthly)
